Directions

Take six (6) capsules per day. On training Days: Take three (3) capsules with 8-12 fl oz of cold water 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Take an additional three (3) capsules with 8-12 fl oz of cold water immediately after training. On Non-Training Days: Take six (6) capsules with 8-12 fl oz of cold water between breakfast and lunch.
