Orders that are placed by 5pm CST Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Most orders are processed 24-28 Hours after payment has cleared.

NOTE: For International Buyers it is your responsibility to make sure that your product is NOT prohibited in your country BEFORE ordering. If your package is declined by your customs officials, no refund can be given.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened products 30 days from the time you received them for no restocking fee.
However, you must email us prior at sales@over-the-ecounter.com. Once we have approved the return, simply send back the unopened products and once we receive the package we will credit with the cost of the products ordered.
We do not accept returns after 30 days and we do not accept returns on opened products under any circumstances.
